Slavery in our own lives

You might think that slavery is far away... but its not. Its in your own home. If I know people, someone will exclaim, " What?!, that's impossible!" But it is. It's all in a bar of Hershey's Chocolate.
Hershey's Chocolate has been a major candy company since Milton Hershey founded the company on October 24, 1927. But the thing is, everyone thinks that chocolate is sweet, creamy, and chocolaty. And I agree. Chocolate is supposed to be sweet, creamy, and chocolaty. But Hershey's chocolate will suddenly taste bland when you hear about this. Its the Dark Side of Chocolate.

The one thing that America doesn't know is that slavery exists in America. 2/3 of Hershey's cocoa beans come from a slave plantation in Africa. Hard labor, with no pay. You might be thinking, "Well, maybe Hershey's doesn't know that yet." But they do. Letters come into the Chocolate Factory, but they still refuse to give in and stop buying from the anonymous supplier. We are the only ones who can stop this. Take a stand. Make the second world abolitionist movement in history. We are the only ones. If not us, then who?

To take a stand against Hershey's, go to Hershey.com, and give them what you think.
